A programme of coaching programs has restarted to make fishermen extra conscious of the perils of man overboard incidents.
Falling overboard is the most important single reason behind office fatalities within the business. To assist fight this, the RNLI and Seafish, with funding secured for the Fishing Trade Security Group, have been working man-overboard coaching occasions at environmental coaching swimming pools throughout the UK.
These programs have now been restarted, and can proceed by to 2022.

- South Shields Marine College on 25, 26 and 27 January, 2022
- Nationwide Maritime Faculty of Eire, Cork, in January/ February, 2022 (date to be confirmed)
- Fleetwood Nautical Campus on 11 and 12 March, 2022
- Survivex, Aberdeen on 11 and 12 Could, 2022.
